These senior experts will be top professionals in their fields covering all bank disciplines: audit, strategic planning, treasury and asset & liability management, product design, payment systems, SME finance, housing finance, micro and rural finance, credit control, risk management, distribution and sales strategy, HR management, IT planning, Management Information Systems, project management. A solid experience of several years in the financial sector is a necessity, while a proven track record in providing consultancy, especially in emerging economies is a plus. Candidates need to be able to work in multicultural environments and should ideally have knowledge of several languages. They should be able to work independently, with respect of tight deadlines and should be able to maintain good working relationships with their colleagues and contacts.
